No Creative

Anybody recognize that little throw-back to summer 2004 (I think)?

If you are at all creative and have the need to often match colors, or come up with cool color schemes, I wrote about a really cool new tool from Adobe over on my Web and Flow Blog (http://blog.webandflowdesign.com). The tool is called Kuler - and, it's nothing NEW, per se, but it really makes the process of picking great color combinations a neat and interactive process.

That's it.

Question.
I have ALOT of pictures on my computer that I would like to store on an online site that is free where they will not expire or be deleted so that I can free up space on my computer. Does this exist?

Kathy,

There aren't a lot of FREE options - or, at least, options that are truly free. But, lucky for you there are a few things that you can try.

XDrive

AOL bought a company called XDrive and are now offering up to 5 GB of free storage. 5 GB is a lot of photos. There's no payment, no obligation, and even though I'm not a fan of AOL, I figure they'll be around for a long time.

GMail Space
If you're using the Firefox web browser, as all technologically informed people should, they you can download an extension called Gmail Space that allows you to use multiple gmail accounts as a virtual online drive. These accounts are 2.5 GBs a piece and you can sign up for as many as you want.

Hopefully this helps. These are a couple of options. There are a lot of paid services . . . I use an external hard drive . . . which you can easily get now for less that $100 just about anywhere you look.

That's it. If anyone else has any solutions, post them here.
